A-890 (The Lightbringer of Death)
Once you see it, you must try to hide in the darkness, as the light it emits is highly radioactive & dangerous. Instead of hiding inside a locker where the light can go through the tiny holes, hide BEHIND the locker, so that you will have shade to prevent yourself from the light.
(Note: the further into the shade, the better, due to the fact that some entities can still get you from the hitbox)
